What we promise

• Brand new, unopened stock — every model ships in its original manufacturer box. We do not sell used or opened models.
• Tracked delivery on every order across the lower 48 states, with the tracking number emailed to you.
• 30-day returns in original factory condition — full details in our Return Policy.
• Damage covered — if a model arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
• Secure checkout — payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout; your card details never touch our servers.
