Shipping Policy

Shipping cost: shipping is calculated at checkout — add your models to the cart and enter your address to see the exact cost of every shipping option before you pay.

Shipping methods:

• Flat Rate (FedEx or USPS) — 3–8 business days
• UPS 3 Day Select — 3 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air — 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air Saver — next business day (excludes Saturday delivery)

Handling time: orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Transit times above start when the carrier picks up your package.

Where we ship: the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia only. We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused are refunded minus the original shipping charge.

Damaged in transit: if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — see our Return Policy for details. Prompt notice is required for carrier claims.
