Return & Refund Policy

Return window: you may request a return within 30 days of your order date.

Condition requirements: collectible models must be returned in original factory condition, in the original manufacturer box, packaged exactly as received. Items returned without the original box, or modified in any way (glued, repainted, displayed parts fixed), cannot be accepted.

How to start a return: email support@scalesaverdiecast.com with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Please do not ship a return without contacting us first.

Return shipping: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging, except when we shipped an incorrect or defective item — in that case we provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds: issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, normally within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement where available, or issue a full refund including shipping. Late damage reports may not be eligible, as carrier claims require prompt notice.

Exchanges: we gladly exchange incorrect items at no cost to you. For other exchanges, the standard return process applies.

Refused or undeliverable orders: refunded minus the original shipping charge.

Please note: manufacturers occasionally update retail packaging design. The model itself always matches the description.
