How much is shipping?

Standard shipping (FedEx or USPS) is $14.95 anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. You can also choose Standard + Signature on Delivery ($18.95), 3 Day Shipping ($71.95) or 2 Day Shipping ($93.95) at checkout — every option is priced before you pay.

How fast can I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Then choose your speed at checkout: Standard Shipping typically arrives in 3–8 business days; 3 Day and 2 Day expedited options deliver in 3 or 2 business days after handling. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Where do you ship?

Every order is shipped from within the United States by our third-party fulfillment partner. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We currently can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Not directly yet — we deliver only to street addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. International collectors sometimes use a US package-forwarding service, which gives you a US street address we can deliver to; onward forwarding is arranged entirely between you and that service, and we are not affiliated with any of them.

What if my model arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the model and the packaging — we'll send a replacement where available or refund you in full, including shipping.

Can I return a model?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, in original factory condition and the original manufacturer box. See our Return Policy for details.

Are your models officially licensed?

We stock current and past releases from established model manufacturers — names collectors know, such as Maisto, Bburago, AutoArt, Minichamps, Greenlight, Johnny Lightning, Corgi and Solido (browse them all under Brands in the menu). Licensing of each vehicle’s design is a matter between the model manufacturer and the carmaker; as an independent reseller we do not make licensing claims on individual listings.

Why does the box look different from the photo?

Model manufacturers occasionally refresh their retail packaging. The model itself matches the description — if yours doesn’t, our 30-day returns cover it.

What do the scales mean?

The scale is the size ratio to the real vehicle: a 1:18 model is 18× smaller than the real car (typically 25–30 cm long), 1:24 is roughly 18–20 cm, and 1:64 is the classic "matchbox" size. Larger scale = bigger, more detailed model.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — see Track Your Order. Can't find it? Write us at support@scalesaverdiecast.com with your order number.

Is checkout secure?

Yes — payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

How are models packed for shipping?

Your model ships secured in its original manufacturer packaging inside a protective outer shipping box. Collector boxes and blister cards are treated as part of the product, and fragile pieces get extra cushioning.

Are your models new?

Yes — we sell brand new stock only, supplied in the manufacturer’s original packaging — box, blister pack or display case depending on the release. We do not sell used or opened models.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email support@scalesaverdiecast.com with your order number as soon as possible — we can change or cancel any order that has not shipped yet. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
