How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout — add your models to the cart and enter your address to see the exact cost of every option before paying. Standard Flat Rate (FedEx or USPS) plus expedited UPS services are available.

How fast can I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Then choose your speed at checkout: standard Flat Rate arrives in 3–8 business days, UPS 3 Day Select in 3, UPS 2nd Day Air in 2, and UPS Next Day Air Saver the next business day (excludes Saturday delivery).

Where do you ship?

To the lower 48 states and Washington DC. We currently can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What if my model arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the model and the packaging — we'll send a replacement where available or refund you in full, including shipping.

Can I return a model?

Yes — within 30 days of your order date, in original factory condition and the original manufacturer box. See our Return Policy for details.

Are your models officially licensed?

We stock current and past releases from established model manufacturers — names collectors know, such as Maisto, Bburago, AutoArt, Minichamps, Greenlight, Johnny Lightning, Corgi and Solido (browse them all under Brands in the menu). Where a listing states "officially licensed product," that information comes directly from the manufacturer.

Why does the box look different from the photo?

Model manufacturers occasionally refresh their retail packaging. The model itself always matches the description.

What do the scales mean?

The scale is the size ratio to the real vehicle: a 1:18 model is 18× smaller than the real car (typically 25–30 cm long), 1:24 is roughly 18–20 cm, and 1:64 is the classic "matchbox" size. Larger scale = bigger, more detailed model.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — see Track Your Order. Can't find it? Write us at support@scalesaverdiecast.com with your order number.

Is checkout secure?

Yes — payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

How are models packed for shipping?

Your model ships secured in its original manufacturer packaging inside a protective outer shipping box. Collector boxes and blister cards are treated as part of the product, and fragile pieces get extra cushioning.

Are your models new?

Yes — everything we sell is brand new and unopened, in the original manufacturer box. We do not sell used or opened models.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email support@scalesaverdiecast.com with your order number as soon as possible — we can change or cancel any order that has not shipped yet. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
