Terms of Service

By using this store and placing an order you agree to the following terms.

Products: we sell collectible scale models intended for display and collecting. They are not toys for young children — small parts may present a choking hazard for children under 14. Product images are as accurate as possible; manufacturers may occasionally update retail packaging design without notice.

Ordering: all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order — for example in case of a stock error, obvious pricing error, or a shipping address we cannot serve (see Shipping Policy).

Pricing: all prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Shipping area: we currently sell and ship only within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Returns: governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property: all store content (text, photos, design) belongs to Motopartico MB (trading as ScaleSaver Diecast) or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and marks appearing on replica products belong to their respective owners; their appearance identifies the vehicle depicted and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of this store.

Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you shop as a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of your state of residence.
