Payment Policy

This page explains how payments work at ScaleSaver Diecast (operated by Motopartico MB). Everything below reflects the checkout as it actually works — if anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay, processed securely by Shopify Payments.
• PayPal
• Express wallets — Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay (Apple Pay on Apple devices).
• Klarna — buy now, pay later, where offered at checkout for eligible orders.

The exact methods available to you are shown at checkout; wallet availability can depend on your device and browser.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. Nothing is charged before you confirm the order, and we never see or store your card details — payment data is handled entirely by the payment processor.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD).

Taxes and the final total

The full order total — item price, shipping and any applicable taxes — is always displayed at checkout before you confirm the order. There are no hidden fees: the amount shown on the final checkout step is exactly the amount charged.

Payment problems and duplicate charges

If a payment fails, is declined, or you believe you were charged twice, email support@scalesaverdiecast.com or call +370 680 91050 (Monday–Saturday, 8:00–20:00 EET) with your order number and the approximate time of the charge. We will investigate with the payment processor and refund any confirmed duplicate or erroneous charge to the original payment method — normally within 5 business days of confirmation.
