The Cat 309 CR is a compact-radius mini excavator designed for tight urban jobsites where the tail cannot swing past the tracks. Diecast Masters’ High Line version is the working-model treatment: the house rotates 360°, boom, stick and bucket articulate, the roof lifts off to seat the operator, and four work tools (general-duty bucket, ditch-cleaning bucket, auger and mulcher) come in the box.
