The Arado E.555 I was one of the most ambitious designs proposed under Nazi Germany’s “Amerika Bomber” program during World War II. Conceived in the early 1940s by the Arado aircraft company, the E.555 I was a flying wing jet bomber intended to deliver long-range strategic strikes across the Atlantic, potentially reaching targets as far away as New York.
